1. Pohutukawa honey (January 2010 vintage)

Shayne & Andrea have lived together in the remote & beautiful Northern Coromandel for more than 12 years.
Although Andrea moved to the Coromandel around 15 years ago, Shayne has lived in the area all his life, growing up on family land.
 
Shayne worked with local beekeeper’s Colin & Delcie as their Hive Manager since 2001 after enjoying a part time beekeeping job as a youngster.  Shayne & Andrea now run their own hives and produce quality Organic Manuka & Pohutukawa honey.
Shayne and Andrea are passionate & committed to Organic beekeeping practices and honey.  Their hives are located in some of the most remote and beautiful parts of the Coromandel from Manuka clad gullies to the Coromandel coastlines with Ancient Pohutukawa forests which run to the waters edge.
 
Building their own home together in early 2000, Shayne and Andrea live with their two young girls and lead busy lives amongst idyllic surrounds with the day to day tending of the hives and all that is associated with the production and processing of Organic honey.
