Berry and honey crumble


  • 4 cups frozen berries- thawed
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • For the crumble:
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp desiccated coconut


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Place berries in a ceramic baking dish. Drizzle honey over the berries and toss together
  3. Add all the crumble ingredients into a bowl, combine by hand until crumbs form- add more coconut oil, (1 tablespoon at a time) if the mix is too dry.
  4. Spread topping over the berries and bake 25-30 minutes until the berries are bubbling and the crumble is golden
