Honeycomb and banana icecream


  • 2 cups good quality vanilla icecream
  • 1 cup thick greek yoghurt
  • 80 gm honeycomb chopped into 1cm pieces
  • 2 large bananas, sliced and frozen


  1. In a food processor process all ingredients until smooth.
  2. pour mixture into a metal loaf tin, cover with cling film and store in the freezer until required
