Milk & Honey bubble tea (serves 2)

Ingredients 

1/2c tapioca pearls

1/4c honey

2 black tea bags

1/4t vanilla extract

1c milk

Method

  1. Prepare the tapioca pearls according to the packet and drain. Stir through 1/2T of the honey to coat the pearls. 
  2. Pour 1c of boiling water over the tea bags in a heatproof jug. Steep for 3 minutes. 
  3. Remove the teabags and add the remaining honey. Add 1c of cold water and stir through the vanilla. 
  4. Divide the tapioca pearls between two tall glasses and add the tea. Top with milk. *you can add a drizzle of honey to the inside of the glasses at this point if you like.
