Salted Honey and Chocolate Waffles

Ingredients
2c plain flour
4t baking powder
3/4t salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2c olive oil
3T Jeremy's whipped honey, softened
2c milk
1/2c chocolate chips
Method
  1. Heat the waffle iron. 
  2. In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients and mix together.
  3. Beat the wet ingredients together with an electric beater. 
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl and mix together. Fold through the chocolate chips.
  5. Cook in the waffle iron according to the maker's instructions.
  6. Serve with generous lashings of whipped honey.
