Blackcurrant Honey

Our Blackcurrant honey is made when our honeybees forage on the abundant blossoms covering the fields of blackcurrant bushes growing in central Canterbury. The resulting honey has a distinctive tropical, fruit flavour with a meltingly smooth, creamy, buttery texture and a light caramel coloured hue.
