A wonderfully dense, chewy textural honey. Delicate aroma and flavour at first but then explodes with all the warm butter and brown sugar characteristics of butterscotch. Melt onto hot dark rye or grainy bread or serve with bananas pan fried in a little butter and a big dollop of whipped cream. Also a good match for nutty cheese such as gruyere or aged Gouda.
